We usually have all stock in our fiido swords shop for immediate collection but if not then it takes 1 to 2 weeks to restock Why our prices shows higher then others? Can the battery be removed? -The battery can be disassembled, but it is not recommended to remove it frequently to protect it from the whole design. Suppose you need to charge the battery separately. In that case, we recommend purchasing an extender battery for further use. What if I need a spare battery? -Don’t worry. We’re launching the extender battery dedicated to Fiido E-gravel shortly. It’s easy to install, and guess what? You’ll get twice the cruising range and riding time! What’s the special about torque sensing? -Based on the Mivice motor, torque sensing system, and Fiido’s exclusive torque algorithm, Fiido E-gravel will instantly measure your pedaling power and provide the corresponding power in real-time for the most intelligent and effortless riding experience. How many levels are in power assist mode? And what’re their difference? -Fiido E-gravel has five levels of power-assist modes. Eco, normal, sport, turbo, and turbo are ranked from low to high power output. Eco mode provides the smallest power and is the most environmentally friendly mode. In contrast, turbo mode offers the highest power output and fastest speed. You can switch to the right level base on your cycling needs. What is the difference between mid-mounted gauges and other gauges? -The brand new Fiido mid-mounted modular display applied the technologies from cell phone screens, it is clearer and better waterproof. The central position is more aligned with most riding habits, and the backlit buttons provide a better vision for night riding. It is a display with a safer and more user-friendly design. Is the display easy to repair and replace? -Yes. This innovative display is modular designed and can be replaced within 10 minutes. What are the advantages of connecting my bike to the Fiido Mate smartwatch or Fiido app? -The original intention behind the design of Fiido E-gravel is to provide users with a more scientific and healthier cycling experience. Therefore, you can start the entire bike through the Fiido Mate or app effortlessly and monitor real-time sports data such as heart rate and blood oxygen during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with cycling enthusiasts worldwide. Why can I unlock the bike with the proximity start function via the watch, but the app can’t? -You may not notice that when the app is not using, it can be easily killed by the iOS or Android background processes and forced to deep sleep, making it unable to be activated to use in real-time. Using the app for the proximity start can easily result in bugs. Therefore, for user-friendly considerations, we have not implemented this feature for the app. However, this will not prevent you from exploring the more exciting and interesting features through the app. Is it possible to ride in rainy weather? -Sure. The Fiido E-gravel is IP54 waterproof, and the central display is IP67 waterproof. However, we do not recommend riding in bad weather for safety considerations. How far can I ride on a single charge? -Fiido E-gravel can be fully charged in just 3 hours on a single charge, supporting a range of up to 80km on a single charge. (Actual range data may vary due to different riding conditions.) Are there any extra accessories are available? -In the package with the bike, you will find a pair of fenders, a kickstand, a new mid-mounted display, a headlight, and a taillight, all included! In addition, we’re also offering the exclusive extender battery, rear rack, and front basket for Fiido E-gravel to provide you with more options for your travels.
